Our story began in 1989 when our church was launched in an elementary school as Grace Community Church in Plano when the city was experiencing rapid growth. For 35 years our church has been sharing Jesus and building believers in Collin County.
Once again God has positioned us to serve a new and growing community at our new new home in Celina/NW McKinney, which opened August of 2025.
We’re a community of everyday people learning to follow Jesus, love our neighbor, and change the world…come grow with us!
Our mission is to share Jesus & build believers.
Our vision is to be a place where anyone can belong before they believe.
These are three areas of emphasis that make us who we are.
We believe the faith of the next generation is worth everything! We want faith to be personal at every stage of life.
Sunday is just the starting point. We believe community groups are where you find friendships and grow your faith. Life is better together!
We want you to feel confident when inviting friends and neighbors that this is a safe space for all to wrestle with issues of faith. We craft every Sunday gathering with both you and your guest in mind.
We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.
“There is one body and one Spirit . . . one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all.” Ephesians 4:4-6
“Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God. So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God.” Romans 14:1, 4, 12, 22
“. . . if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.” I Corinthians 13:2
We rest in the truth of the Gospel so we welcome people who don’t share one of our core beliefs. Although all teaching on core beliefs will remain consistent, we do want to give people time to wrestle with these truths.
We believe people are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God’s creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God, called “sin.” This attitude separates people from God and causes many problems in life. Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Isaiah 53:6; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:1,2
We believe salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into their life by faith. Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8,9; John 14:6, 1:12; Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26; Romans 5:1
We believe people were created to live forever. We will either live eternally separated from God by sin, or live eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. John 3:16; 2:25, 5:11-13; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:15; Matthew 18:8, 25:44,46
